Products made by extrusion
Polyacetals are highly crystalline thermoplastics, characterised by their high mechanical strength, rigidity and impact resistance. Acetal absorbs very little moisture, enabling the products to maintain constant physical properties in a variety of changing environments. POM exhibits excellent dimensional stability and is ideally suited to close tolerance mechanical parts.

Semi finished products of cast polyamide (PA)
Cast nylons are generally accepted as the primary engineering polymer, suitable for virtually any plain bearing application. By varying the conditions of polymerisation the mechanical properties of cast nylons may be altered to suit specific applications, and the performance of the basic polymer can be enhanced with the addition of various additives, fillers, lubricants and colorants.
Standard Cast PA6C rods: Ø 10 - 500mm, in lengths of 1000, 2000 & 3000mm
Standard Cast PA6C plates: 6-100mm thick, in formats of 2000 x 1000, 2000 x 1220, 2440 x 1220, 3000 x 1220, 3048 x 1220mm.
Standard Cast PA6C tubes: Ø 50-1500mm, minimum wall thickness: 10mm. Standard lengths: 330, 500 & 1000mm.
